Monday Musings: Sacré-Cœur, Paris

Paris has so much to offer – the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Champs Elysees – the list can go on and on. The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur, featured in today’s Monday Musings, is one such notable monument of religious, cultural and social importance.

We haven’t been to Paris as yet, though it has always been on the must-go list. Pictures like the one below are moving it higher on the list!

Sacre-Coeur

“Paris is the one place we stopover every time we’re visiting Europe. After the first long trip we did there, we’ve realised that it’s going to take many lifetimes to even begin experiencing Paris (as a friendly local once told us). From the beautiful Sacre Coeur we often visit to the little backstreets of Le Marais, Paris will always be our home in Europe.” – Revati and Charles
