Rome: Visiting the Colosseum
Last month, I went to New York for an event and had a layover in Rome that lasted 7 hours. It didn't take any effort to decide that I will run from the airport to the Colosseum to tick this item off my bucketlist. And oh...did I run! From the airport to the Colosseum and back... I ran all the way! It was a crazy day and I rushed through things. That being said, I could still spend about 3 hours at the Colosseum and am so happy about it!
Italy: Vegetarian Food
If there is one place in the world that is paradise for a vegetarian, it is India..and Italy comes a close second. After a weekend in Italy, my love for Italian food has grown multifold. Naples: Weekend Itinerary
Here is my plan for a weekend in southern Italy, which includes a little bit of history, some nature and lots of food. I would be spending time in Pompeii, Sorrento, which is on the Amalfi coast and a just a few hours in Naples city primarily to try the food.
